After filling out your information on the sign-up screen and accepting the terms, you click 'Send Verification' only to receive an 'incorrect email' message, despite having verified that your email address is accurate.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
Navigate back to the previous page and choose the option labeled 'Continue with Email.'
Once you are on this screen, click on 'Forgot Password.'
Enter your email address in the designated field, complete the 'I'm not a robot' verification process, then click the 'Recover' button to proceed.
Retrieve the verification code from your email, enter it on the page, and click 'Verify.'
Then, create, confirm and submit your new password.
Click 'Go to Sign In,' select 'Continue with Email,' enter your email and new password, and click 'Sign In.'
You will now be redirected to the web version of Document GPS, where you can begin securely uploading, attaching, and sharing your documents.
