Document GPS Outlook Installation Guide for Individual Users

 

Follow this step-by-step guide if you are subscribed to the Document GPS Personal Plan

  • In Outlook, start by creating New Mail. Navigate to the Apps icon located in the editor ribbon and select Get add-ins

  • On the next screen, search for Document GPS then click on the Add button.
  • Return to your Outlook account and refresh the screen.
  • When composing a new email in Outlook, you will find the orange Document GPS paperclip icon located in the editor ribbon.
  • If you don't see it there, simply click on the Apps icon and select Document GPS to launch it as shown below.

  • The add-in will always be positioned on the right side of Outlook while you are composing an email.
