How to Install Document GPS for a Team or Enterprise

This guide is for users who have subscribed to the Team Plan or Enterprise Plan

 

To successfully install Document GPS for multiple users within your organization, please follow the steps outlined below. This article is organized into distinct sections for your convenience. You can quickly jump to a specific topic by clicking on any of the links provided below:

(1) Logging into the Admin Panel as a Document GPS Administrator

  • To begin, the administrator must access the Admin Panel. Navigate to admin.shelterzoom.com and select the option to Sign in with Email.
  • Enter your email address, then click on “Forgot Password.” Follow the prompts to create a new password, allowing you to access the Admin Panel.

(2) Adding Team Members to the Admin Panel as a Document GPS Administrator

The administrator can add team members through two options: (1) the User Management section for non-administrative users or (2) the Administrators Management section for those requiring administrative privileges.

User Management - Users added in this section will have access to Document GPS without requiring administrative privileges and will not encounter any billing prompts. The organization will handle all billing matters for these users.

On the right side of the User Management section, you will see two options: "Add User" for adding individual users and "Upload Users" for importing a list of users in bulk.

  • The "Add User" option allows you to conveniently add individual users one at a time. Alternatively, if you wish to add several users simultaneously, you can take advantage of the "Upload Users" feature, which enables you to import a list of users from a CSV file.
  • To update user details, simply click on the pencil icon located on the right-hand side. To delete a user, click the trash bin icon.

  • To deactivate a user, switch the Status from Active to Inactive as shown below.


Administrators Management - Users added in this section will receive administrative privileges, granting them access to the Admin Panel for enhanced management capabilities.

  • To remove an administrator, simply move your cursor to the right of the email address, and the delete button will become visible for you to click.

(3) Microsoft 365 Administrator installs Document GPS for the organization

In this third phase, if your team opts for Gmail, every team member can proceed with the instructions on How to Install Document GPS for Gmail. Team and Enterprise Subscription users do not have to navigate through a checkout page post installing Document GPS for Gmail.
