Resolving the "Email is not unique" issue during the signup process for Document GPS
Situation: You are currently viewing the screen displayed below and have selected the "Sign up with a new email" option.
After entering all the necessary details and clicking the "Send Verification" button, you receive a notification stating that the email is not unique.
What does this mean? This notification indicates that the email address you are attempting to use for sign-up is already associated with an existing Document GPS account.
To fix this issue, return to the screen below and select the third option to "Sign in with email" instead.
