Upload File Screen

To begin sharing files through the Document GPS mobile app, follow these simple steps:

1. Enter the recipient's email address in the designated field and tap the (+) icon. You can add multiple email addresses if needed. Additionally, you may include a private message of up to 200 characters, which will be visible only to the recipient when they open the document.

2. Next, choose the type of file you wish to upload by selecting one of the following options:

  • Select Files: Choose files directly from your phone, ensuring they are of acceptable file types.
  • Select Photo: Access your phone's gallery to select photos. You will need to grant Document GPS permission to access your photos. After selecting the desired photos, click "Add."
  • Take Photo: Allow Document GPS to access your camera. You can edit the default image name by tapping the pen icon, making your changes in the text box, and then tapping the check mark to save.
